Die Cuve wird aus Chardonnays der berhmten Grands Crus Avize und Cramant an der Cte des Blancs komponiert und nur von ausgewhlten Parzellen mit besonders kargem Kreideboden. Der Ausbau erfolgt zur Hlfte in Barriques. Fnf Jahre Hefelager, minimale Dosage und sehr zurckhaltender Schwefeleinsatz sorgen fr markante Mineralitt und feinnerviges Rckgrat.
